Yes. One account can manage hotels, villas, boarding houses, and homestays at the same time. Each property's data is isolated, but you still get an aggregate dashboard for overall performance.

Yes. We use Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS) so owners technically cannot access each other's data. Automatic backups every 6 hours, encryption at rest and in transit.

In progress. For now, OTA bookings can be added manually with channel tagging — per-channel analytics already work fully. Direct integration ships in Q3 2026.

Four tiers: Free (Rp 0, 1 property), Pro Rp 149K/month (3 properties), Business Rp 449K/month (10 properties), and Enterprise custom (unlimited with contract). Pro & Business use flat-package pricing with overage rates if you exceed the included quota — Rp 49K per extra property on Pro, Rp 39K on Business. Optional add-ons billed separately.

Not at all. With a single property, Free is enough (max 10 rooms). The UI hides the property selector. Multi-property only appears when you add a second property and upgrade to Pro.

Core add-ons (WhatsApp Alerts + 2 OTA Sync channels) are included on Business. On Pro you can enable individual add-ons as needed — e.g. a 50-room hotel on Pro enables WhatsApp Alerts (Rp 79K) + OTA Sync for Traveloka (Rp 49K). Pro-rated, you only pay for the days used.

Pro is built for indie owners with 1–3 properties — flat Rp 149K with unlimited rooms and 3 user seats. Business is built for small chains with 4–10 properties and adds: 10 multi-user seats included (enough for a shift-based front desk team), WhatsApp Alerts + 2 OTA Sync channels included, and a volume discount (Rp 45K/property vs Rp 50K on Pro). Once you have 4+ properties, Business is almost always cheaper than Pro + overage.

Default rule: 1 user per property. Free 1 seat, Pro 3 seats, Business 10 seats, Enterprise unlimited. If you add a property over your plan quota, you automatically get +1 free seat to keep the 1:1 ratio. Hotels with shift-based teams that need more (e.g. 1 property = 4-5 seats for owner + manager + morning/evening front desk + housekeeping) can buy the Extra Seat add-on at Rp 39K/seat/month. Each user gets role-based permissions — front desk can't see revenue, housekeeping only sees room status.

No. A HuniStay account is tied to one business owner (legal entity or individual). Selling or sharing access to third parties violates the Terms of Service and will result in account suspension without refund. If you want to help manage other people's properties (as a consultant or official PMS partner), contact our team about the partner program — don't share a personal account.

Yes. Our onboarding team will help import room data, room types, and booking history from Excel or your existing system. It usually takes 1–2 working days.
