These terms govern the relationship between HuniStay (a Neuraworks product) and you as a user of the service. By signing up or using HuniStay, you agree to the terms below. Read them carefully — if you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Definitions
- “HuniStay” / “we” / “Service” — the cloud-based Property Management System (PMS) operated by Neuraworks at hunistay.com.
- “User” / “you” — the individual or legal entity that creates an account on HuniStay.
- “Guest” — the User's end customer (someone staying at a property managed via HuniStay).
- “Property” — a hotel, villa, boarding house, homestay, guesthouse, or other accommodation unit managed by the User.
- “Content” — booking data, guest profiles, room photos, prices, and other information the User inputs into the Service.
2. Account & Eligibility
To use HuniStay, you must be at least 18 years old or represent a legitimate business entity. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via the email on the Contact page. We'll help reset your password and investigate.
3. License to Use
While your account is active and you comply with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HuniStay according to your subscription plan.
An account is bound to one business owner (legal entity or individual). You may not:
- Copy or redistribute the Service.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile our code.
- Sell, lease, or sublicense your account access to third parties (including “account sharing” schemes, “informal PMS reseller” setups, or using your personal account as a gateway to manage other people's properties).
- Share login credentials with anyone outside your business's internal team.
- Use the same account to manage properties owned by different legal entities without our written consent.
- Use HuniStay for unlawful activity.
If you're a consultant or agency wanting to help manage clients' properties, contact us about our Partner Program — don't share a personal account. Violating these provisions is grounds for account suspension without refund (see Suspension section).
4. User Content
All data you input into HuniStay — including guest data, bookings, prices, and photos — is yours. We only process this data to operate the Service.
You warrant that you have the right or lawful consent to upload such data, particularly guests' personal data (per Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27/2022). HuniStay acts as a data processor; you are the data controller.
5. Payment & Subscription
HuniStay offers four tiers: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise — with details on the Pricing page. Pro and Business use a flat-package model with overage rates for properties exceeding the included quota. Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually.
Payments are processed by Midtrans as our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Overage charges (extra properties beyond the package quota) are billed at the end of each billing period based on active property count. Refund inquiries are handled case-by-case via email with our team.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Unexpected outages will be communicated as soon as possible via email or our status page.
For paid plans, if cumulative downtime exceeds 1% per calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance), you're entitled to pro-rated credit per the applicable SLA.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indonesian law.
- Upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or is otherwise illegal.
- Disrupt the Service's performance or attempt denial-of-service.
- Abuse the API or scrape data without written permission.
- Create fake accounts or circumvent verification systems.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice — though we usually issue a warning first for minor breaches.
Severe violations that trigger immediate suspension without refund:
- Reselling or sharing account access with third parties (see License section).
- Indicators of shared accounts: login patterns from many IPs/locations inconsistent with one business.
- Properties registered as owned by many different legal entities without authorization.
- Use for illegal activity or activity that violates Indonesian law.
- API abuse (rate abuse, scraping, denial-of-service).
If your account is terminated for violation, you still have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion — but you are not entitled to a refund for the current period.
If you terminate your own account (cancel subscription), data remains accessible until the end of the paid period, then enters a 30-day retention window before permanent deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
HuniStay is provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total subscription fees you've paid in the past 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational harm arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, via email or dashboard notification. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent District Court at Neuraworks's domicile.
